What This Summary Is, and Is Not
Terms and conditions are long, and most people accept them without reading a word. This page pulls out the rules that most often affect real players and explains them in plain English. It is our independent summary, written to help you understand what you are agreeing to. It is not the legal agreement itself, and it is not legal advice.
The operator’s full terms and conditions, bonus terms and privacy policy, as published on the site at the time you play, always prevail over anything written here. Terms can change, so if a detail matters to you, such as a withdrawal limit or a bonus rule, check the current version in the site footer before you deposit. For our wider assessment of the product, see the full review.
Eligibility, Local Law and One Account Per Person
You must be at least 18 years old to open and use an account, and it is your responsibility to make sure online gambling is permitted where you live. The operator holds an international gaming licence, not an Australian one, and online casino services are restricted in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. We cannot tell you whether playing is lawful in your circumstances, so check the law that applies to you before registering. Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened for someone else, and accounts used by more than one person are not allowed, and the operator may close them and void any bonuses or winnings linked to the breach.
Your name, date of birth and address must be accurate and match your identity documents. All payment methods, including crypto wallets, must be in your own name; using a family member’s card or e-wallet is one of the most common reasons a withdrawal is held. If you have previously self-excluded with the operator, you should not be able to open a new account while that exclusion runs.
Verification

The operator verifies your age and identity as part of its licence conditions. Most players pass an automatic check at sign-up. If that fails, you will be asked for a photo ID and a proof of address dated within the last three months, uploaded as JPG, PNG or PDF files of up to 10 MB. Reviews are completed within 24 hours and usually take two to four.
The operator may also ask for further information later, for example about the source of your funds if deposits rise sharply or arrive in crypto. These checks are an anti-money-laundering duty, not a sign of suspicion, and withdrawals can be paused until they are complete. Our troubleshooting guide lists the usual reasons documents are rejected.
Bonus Terms at a Glance
The welcome offer is 200% up to A$9,000 + 250 Free Spins on a minimum deposit of A$30. It is optional: you opt in at the deposit step, and you can decline it and play with cash only. The key rules are below.
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Wagering | 35x the bonus amount; an A$300 bonus needs A$10,500 in qualifying bets |
| Maximum bet while wagering | A$7.50 per spin or round |
| Bonus validity | 30 days from crediting; unused bonus and related winnings then expire |
| Free spins | 50 a day for 5 days on Sugar Rush 1000 at A$0.15 per spin; each batch valid 24 hours |
| Game contribution | Pokies 100%, table games 10%, live dealer games 0% |
| Bonus buys | Available, but excluded from bonus wagering |
A separate crypto bonus, a 100% match up to A$3,000 on a crypto deposit, carries the same 35x wagering. Cash is played before bonus funds. Withdrawing before wagering is complete normally cancels the remaining bonus. Current offers and the full worked examples are on our promotions page.
Withdrawals and Limits

The minimum withdrawal is A$15. The maximum is A$15,000 per day and A$45,000 per month. Withdrawals must go back to a payment method you have deposited with, in your own name, where that method supports payouts; Paysafecard is deposit-only, so voucher users need to add a card, bank account, e-wallet or crypto wallet.
Each request is approved within 24 hours, usually much sooner. After approval, crypto typically lands in about 15 minutes, e-wallets within two hours and PayID within 24 hours, while cards and bank transfers take one to three business days. Crypto payouts go to the wallet address you enter, and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so double-check the address and network. The operator may hold a withdrawal while verification is outstanding or if it suspects a breach of the terms, and it should tell you why.
Dormant Accounts
If you do not log in or play for an extended period, the account may be classed as dormant. The full terms set out the exact period and any administration fee that can apply after that. Read that clause carefully, because notice requirements differ between licences; the safest approach, if you plan to stop playing, is to withdraw your funds and close the account through support.
Responsible Gambling
The terms give you, and the operator, tools to keep gambling under control. You can set deposit and loss limits, session reminders, a time-out from 24 hours to 6 weeks, or self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years. Lowering a limit is immediate; raising one has a cooling-off period. The operator may also apply limits or restrict an account if it sees signs of harm. In Australia, BetStop is the national self-exclusion register for licensed wagering providers; offshore sites are not bound by it, so use the operator's own self-exclusion as well. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over; free, confidential support is available 24/7 from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.
Changes to the Terms
The operator can update its terms, usually to reflect new licence conditions or new products. Material changes should be notified to you in advance, typically by email or an on-screen message when you next log in, and continuing to play after the effective date normally means you accept them. Bonuses already claimed generally remain under the terms in force when you opted in. If you disagree with a change, you can withdraw your balance and close your account.
Read the operator’s full terms in the site footer and keep a copy of the version you accepted. Once you are comfortable with the rules and have checked your local law, open an account and play.
